Warwick M. Carter, Jr.
Warwick M. Carter, Jr. is the founder of Warwick Carter Advisors, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience working as a tax and trusts and estates attorney in New York City and Washington, DC. He holds a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University. He also clerked for a federal judge at the United States Tax Court in Washington. From 1994 to1999, Mr. Carter was an associate at two major law firms in New York. From 1999 to 2010, he served as a Senior Trust Officer at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Subsequently, Mr. Carter was National Head of Trusts and Estates and Trust Counsel at Fiduciary Trust Company International, the private wealth management arm of Franklin Templeton Investments. Mr. Carter previously served on the Board of Trustees of the HealthCare Chaplaincy Network, a non-profit organization in New York. He was also a member of the Board of Visitors of the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
In 2018, Mr. Carter launched Warwick Carter Advisors, LLC in response to a growing need in the wealth management industry for fiduciary advisory services.
